The University of Surrey is an exciting place to study, everyone I have met in the School of Hospitality and Tourism embodies hospitality.

I am lucky to have a supervisor who is charismatic both in his area of expertise and in his character and personality.

The main thing I learnt on placement was never to be afraid to ask. Everyone you ever work with had to start off somewhere.

I’ve changed as a result of studying at Surrey. I feel much more independent and take a more self-driven attitude towards my learning.
