As part of the Surrey/ICE Scholarship Scheme, I matched with civil engineering contractor BAM Nuttall, who provided me with both financial sponsorship and placement opportunities whilst studying.

My time with Balfour Beatty sparked my ambition to become a Chartered Engineer starting in Ground Engineering, and to pursue my plan of becoming a leader in the construction industry.

The academic staff go out of their way to deliver to students. They are always open to students getting in touch, whether online or in person, and will point you in the right direction.

The lovely setting of the campus and serene ambience are Surrey's best features. As an international student, I was enthralled by its beauty and the welcoming people.
