About
My research project
Durability of polymer and polymer composite materialsJasmine Bone is a Research Fellow in the AWE and University of Surrey Centre of Excellence in Materials Ageing Performance and Lifetime Prediction. She is a professional member of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (MIMMM), and completed her Doctorate of Engineering at the University of Surrey from 2016 - 2021 with the thesis title 'On the effects of accelerated ageing and moisture absorption in polymer composites', sponsored by the National Physical Laboratory and Element Materials Technology. During this time she also held a prestigious Industrial Fellowship with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851.
