What to expect

  • All flats with premium en-suite rooms are self-catered with a shared kitchen in each flat.
  • We offer accommodation to suit different lifestyle choices including single-sex, quiet or alcohol-free flats.
  • All communal areas and bedrooms are non-smoking.

What's included

  • All fees include: heating, water, electricity, broadband, cleaning of communal areas, waste and recycling collection, contents insurance, security, maintenance and welfare support.
  • All rooms are fully furnished with a bed, desk and chair, reading lamp, bookshelf and storage for clothes.
  • All kitchens are equipped with cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

About premium en-suite residences

Premium en-suite rooms are approximately 50 percent bigger than standard en-suite rooms so are ideal for students who have more belongings or want more space to study or relax, but are limited in number.  All rooms have a double bed, and an en-suite shower room with toilet and washbasin, arranged in flats of three to nine rooms (although most are in flats of seven rooms) with a shared kitchen.
