Location
Guildford is located 30 miles south-west of London. Guildford to London Waterloo is only 34 minutes by train and the A3 main road allows good access to the whole southeast of England. For international travel, both Heathrow and Gatwick airports are only 35 minutes away.

Shopping
Guildford’s cobbled high street is home to some of the best shopping in the region. The town also boasts three shopping centres and a variety of markets, including a monthly farmers market stocked with local foods and produce.

G Live, Guildford's £26 million live entertainment venue, offers a packed calendar of music, comedy and theatre. There is also a cinema, theatres, art galleries and performance spaces.
Sports and activities
There is lots on offer with ice skating, tenpin bowling and swimming at the Spectrum or the enjoy the Olympic-class sports facilities at the Surrey Sports Park. The Wild Wood tree-top experience is a great day out for children.
Outdoor spaces
There are numerous parks, a lido and riverside walks within the town. The town is well situated to discover the Surrey Hills Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
