Public and patient involvement

All clinical trials conducted through Surrey CTU are expected to have patient and public involvement (PPI).

By involving patients and the public, it is recognised new interventions and treatments are more likely to meet the needs of people and more likely to be adopted into routine clinical practice. Surrey CTU seeks to involve PPI from trial concept through to grant application and trial conduct.
