My research project
Foundation Model for Genome-Wide Association StudiesThis research project aims to leverage machine learning techniques to advance GWAS analysis, addressing key challenges in high-dimensional genomic data analysis and multi-omics integration. By developing novel methodologies and exploring cutting-edge machine-learning approaches, this research seeks to enhance the power, interpretability, and biological relevance of GWAS findings in understanding the intricate relationships between genetic variations, molecular pathways, and disease phenotypes (that can be hindered by various factors, including data heterogeneity and methodological limitations), ultimately contributing to the development of personalized medicine approaches.
