Enhancing ESL students' feedback literacy in China's application-oriented universitiesFeedback literacy is essential to students’ learning but inadequate effort has been made to help students to be feedback literate in the Chinese context. My research project examines ESL (English as a second language) students’ feedback literacy in China’s application-oriented universities through a purposefully designed questionnaire survey, experimental application of the DEFT (Developing engagement with feedback toolkit) and feedback designs embedded in the curriculum, and qualitative interviews with academics.
