How to get here

Stag Hill Campus is easily accessible by road and rail. 

Parking on campus is limited and we recommend travelling by public transport where possible. Guildford has great rail connections, and the train station is only a 15-minute walk from Stag Hill campus.

Parking

Once you have arrived on Stag Hill campus, you can register by following signs to the Marquee on PATS field, which is a short walk from the Main Car Park.

Offer holder days start at different times, depending on the session you have booked to attend:

• Morning sessions: please arrive at the registration marquee between 9am and 9:30am
• Afternoon sessions: please arrive at the registration marquee between 12:30pm and 1pm.

At registration, you will be given a detailed programme showing your subject-specific activities. You will be guided from registration to these activities.   

The School of Medicine Offer Holder Events will take place at the Kate Granger Building on Manor Park Campus.

Guildford has great rail connections and there are regular buses from the train station to Manor Park Reception, which is just a short walk from Kate Granger Building.

At registration, you will be given a detailed programme showing your subject-specific activities. You will be guided from registration to these activities.   

If you would like to tour our Stag Hill campus, which is a fve minute drive/bus journey from Manor Park campus, we will be offering 1-hour guided campus tours at:

• Wednesday event: 10:30am and 11am
• Saturday event: 2pm and 2:30pm.

If you are driving, limited parking will be available on our Stag Hill campus and spaces will be available on a first come first served basis. 

Please follow the signs to the North Car Park (Main Car Park). If you have registered your car to park at Manor Park campus, there is no need to register your vehicle again and no need to display a permit in this car park. 

If you park in the pay and display car park, you will need to purchase a ticket. Please exit the main car park and walk to Rik Medlik Building on the Piazza, where student ambassadors will be available to greet you. 

The School of Health Sciences Offer Holder Events will take place at the Kate Granger Building on Manor Park Campus.

A member of the team will check your name against the list of booked visitors and confirm your attendance. Please make sure you have booked your place in advance.

• Attending on a Saturday: please arrive at the Vet School between 9:30am and 9:50am
• Attending on a Wednesday: please arrive between 12:30pm and 12:50pm.

At registration, you will be given a detailed programme showing your subject-specific activities. You will be guided from registration to these activities.   

If you would like to tour our Stag Hill campus, which is a 5 minute drive/bus journey from Manor Park campus, we will be offering 1-hour guided campus tours at:

• Wednesday event: 10:30am and 11am 
• Saturday event: 2pm and 2:30pm.
