Product returns on BBC Radio 4 - The Bottom Line
Dr Regina Frei, Associate Professor of Digital Economy, and head of the Product Returns Research Group, was invited to join BBC's Evan Davis to discuss the issue of product returns.
The other guests were Robert Kulawik from everything5pounds.com, a fashion discounter that sells overstock from high-street brands, and Andrew Rough from Advanced Clothing Solutions (ACS), a Scottish company specialising in refreshing rental clothing as well as returned fashion items.
