Producing the future of hospitality today

Far from just being a restaurant the Lakeside provides an ideal training environment for our students. During the semester time our students, under the expert guidance of the Lakeside professional team, prepare, produce, and serve a set menu and finish in May by creating a themed menu and drink.

Available for evening hire, the Lakeside can accommodate between 30 and 75 for seated events.

Parking at Lakeside

Please be advised that The Lakeside Restaurant, being a training facility and part of the university, is not able to provide parking. The university, as a private entity, is not obligated to offer parking for restaurant patrons. Parking is available on campus through a pay-and-display system, and it operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly note that the university is not responsible for the pay-and-display parking, and any concerns or inquiries regarding parking should be directed to the relevant parking management authorities information can be found in the car parks.
