Conference background
The "Sino-UK Forum on Innovation and Development" was jointly initiated by the Chinese academy of Science and Technology for Development (CASTED), the Oxford University Centre for Technology Management and Development (TMCD), and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Institutes of Science and Development (CASISD). It has been held seven times at relevant research institutions in both China and the UK.
The forum has become an important platform for promoting academic exchange and cooperation in the field of technological innovation between China and the UK, as well as a key window for understanding policy developments in both countries.
The 8th Sino-UK Forum on Innovation and Development will be held at the University of Surrey, UK.
