Journeys of Masculinity: Bodies, Identities, Wellbeing and the Life Course

This online symposium explores men’s pathways through different phases of the life course and, particularly, their negotiation of transitions and challenges with respect to bodies, responsibilities, relationships and wellbeing.

The event is organised by the BA/Leverhulme Journeys of Hair Loss project, based at the University of Surrey, and the project’s findings will feature as part of the programme.

The symposium places the project’s work within a broader set of discussions about research, thinking and practice relating to masculinities and men’s negotiation of issues and challenges they may face through different stages of the life course.
