Abstract

Advertising spend was set to exceed £29bn in 2021*. In a world surrounded by different types of screen, Tik Tok is taking on Instagram & Facebook/Meta, TV is battling YouTube & Netflix, supported by the rise of Influencer marketing….

This all means greater demand distractions and demands for our attention. So, how do advertisers keep going and ensure their products or services are seen? – The answer is DATA SCIENCE.

The Medialab group would like to showcase the role of data science within the advertising landscape and showcase how analytics can be applied in helping navigate this changing and exciting landscape.
