Short biography
Peter Bloomfield is an AI/machine learning engagement manager in the policy and strategy team at the Digital Catapult. He has previously worked on a range of neuroscientific research topics, including the mechanisms of pain, cortical plasticity and learning, multiple sclerosis, schizophrenia and pharmacology of the central nervous system.
Peter has worked as a scientific consultant with a technology company to develop motion detection based assessment of neurological disorders. He has also worked with engineers and programmers on a project to develop human-computer interfaces for nerve stimulation in virtual reality environments.
