Wates House

Next door to Guildford Cathedral with stunning views of our beautiful landscaped campus, Wates House is a self-contained and versatile conference and training venue for day meetings of up to 100 people. With three meeting rooms featuring natural daylight, and exhibition space as well as a cash bar, Wates House is an ideal venue for your next event. It’s perfect for formal or informal events, ceremonies or presentations.

MPR Suite

Located within our Manor Park campus, our MPR Suite is perfect for round table meetings and training courses. This modern space is fitted with a computer, projector and screen and is next door to our Heart + Soul Café Bar, where your guests can buy drinks and snacks throughout the day.

The Meeting Centre

Located within our Manor Park campus, with stunning views over the North Downs and Surrey Sports Park, the Meeting Centre is a suite of two meeting rooms and a comfortable lounge with glass doors leading out on to a veranda. The Meeting Centre boasts all modern amenities including a welcoming reception area, audio-visual facilities, free wireless internet access, trainers' tool box and delegate stationery. All rooms have natural daylight. Hot and cold refreshments, including freshly ground Fairtrade coffee together with a selection of sweet and savoury snacks, both healthy and indulgent, are available throughout the day in the lounge area. Our delicious range of hot and cold lunches also includes homemade desserts.

Outside of University term time, you can book our lecture theatres, classrooms and concourse areas for conferences and meetings.

Our lecture theatres can accommodate up to 417 people and have flat classrooms large enough for 80. Our meeting rooms are adaptable and can be set for a wide range of uses, from high-tech conferences to exhibitions.

We offer free car parking outside of term time.
