Centre for Aerodynamics and Environmental Flow
We conduct world-class research in experimental and computational fluids dynamics, with world-leading output in our specialist areas.
We research technology contributing to future sustainability in aerospace and environmental engineering, as part of the School of Mechanical Engineering Sciences.
Research
We are contributing to future sustainability in aerospace and environmental engineering through areas such as air pollution, measurement probes and wind power technology.
Research centres
We have two research centres that work alongside our Centre and collaborate in our research.
