This project will help to understand the behaviours and psychology of Surrey businesses, including government, community, charity and support organisations, and potential users of the platform, such as residents and visitors, to ensure that the platform being developed addresses as many perceived barriers as possible from potential users.
This research is in collaboration with Arcom IT Ltd. and Surrey County Council.
