Biography
Biography
I am a Senior Lecturer in Organisation Psychology/Organisation Studies. Before joining Surrey Business School, I worked as a lecturer in leadership in IWP, University of Sheffield. Before that, I worked as a post-doctoral research associate at Durham University Business School and as a teaching fellow in organizational behaviour at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). I obtained my doctoral degree in Management from Durham University Business School. My research interests lie in organisational psychology and studies, especially around topics of leadership, employee performance, wellbeing, identity and values, diversity and inclusion.
