My research focuses on the relationship between subsidiary networking capability and corporate green innovation, with the mediating role of organizational ambidexterity and the moderating role of institutional distance. Specifically, I aim to investigate how subsidiaries' networking capabilities influence the ability of their parent firms to innovate in sustainable practices, and how this relationship is influenced by the level of ambidexterity within the organization and the distance between the institution and the parent firm. By exploring these relationships, I hope to shed light on the factors that can promote or hinder corporate green innovation, and to identify strategies that firms can use to enhance their sustainability performance.
