My research project
Hiring houselessness as CSR and customers’ ethnic biasThe purpose of this study is to analyse a relatively uncommon approach to corporate social responsibility (CSR), which involves the recruitment and employment of individuals currently experiencing homelessness. The study aims to investigate the effects of this initiative on customer behavioral intentions.
Additionally, considering the ongoing rise in ethnic diversity, partly based on the increasing number of international refugees or asylum seekers, the study will also examine the influence of customers' ethnic bias in interethnic service encounters. Specifically, the research will explore encounters built on aversive racism theory.
