Job crafting among gig workers in Thai event industryAs the world of work has moved away from standard employment to non-standard employment known as gig economy, it is important to build a better understanding of how independent workers referred to as gig workers experience their jobs (Ashford, Caza, & Reid, 2018). My research investigates how gig workers craft their jobs, in other words, how they make changes to their tasks, relational and cognitive boundaries at work (Wrzesniewski & Dutton, 2001), with a focus on the event industry.
