Biography
Dr Vikas Grover is a Senior Lecturer in Management Information Systems with a diverse range of experience in the fields of crime prediction, offender profiling, crime analysis, propensity modelling, segmentation, customer profiling, up-selling and cross-selling. With a strong background in e-commerce and data analytics start-ups, Dr Grover has honed his skills in the application of information systems and analytical techniques.
As a passionate researcher, Dr Grover has dedicated his career to the exploration of crime data mining, fraud and forensics data analytics, and consumer profiling. His research interests have led him to explore the ways in which data analytics can be used to detect and prevent crime, as well as the ways in which consumer data can be used to inform marketing and business strategies.
As an educator, he is committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise with the next generation of data analysts and business leaders.
