Robbie Cairns

Robbie joined the Surrey Business School in January 2022. In addition to his role at the University Robbie runs a small boutique consultancy business focusing on corporate training, psychometric tools and executive coaching.

Prior to establishing his own business in 2019 Robbie has over 25 years of international business experience, serving as a Company Director, Executive Coach and Educator. He has worked with entrepreneurs, managers, and business leaders across Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East to help them develop and enhance their strategic thinking and leadership practices. Robbie is an Affiliate Executive Coach and Learning Manager at IMD Business School.

Robbie is certified in a number of market leading psychometric tools and he is interested in organizational and people strategies as well as issues related to  corporate strategy, organizational culture and leadership, organizational change and sustainability.
