Multi-Omics and AI-Driven Biomarker Discovery for Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension and Related ConditionsThis project aims to dissect epigenetic and other omics factors related to pulmonary artery hypertension with the focus on the large-scale methylation array and RNA-seq data. The project will focus on a large UK population-based dataset with wide epidemiological and clinical data and will advance multimodal omic data analyses through implementation of machine learning and foundation model approaches to understand individual predisposition to this rare condition as well as to contribute to identification of novel biological targets for future drug development.
