Biography
Various staff nurse and ward sister roles in acute care in various specialities including neurology, orthopaedics, thoracic surgery and medicine, gastro- intestinal and colorectal surgery, gynaecological surgery and ENT (1986-1998).
Specialist Palliative Care: between 1998 and 2013, working in Independent Hospices in various roles including Deputy Matron and Practice Development Co-ordinator.
Practice Educator (London and South East) for Marie Curie Cancer Care between 2010 and 2013, before joining the School of Health and Social Care as part-time Tutor in Long Term Conditions in 2013.
