About
My research project
Recovery from Work: Work-Related Rumination across Various Psychological OutcomesMy main research focus is on the recovery from work process across on-site and remote workers. In fact, work-related rumination has been examined during my previous studies across different psychological outcomes.
My current project examines how people unwind after work and the activities they engage in. I'm aiming to understand which activities after work are associated with lower levels of work-related rumination.
My second PhD project explored the Role of Nature Exposure on the Work-Related Rumination, Psychological Wellbeing and Digital Stress among remote workers.
During my previous study in applied health psychology, I explored the Role of Work-Related Rumination on Compassion Fatigue among Medical Profession.
My vision is to understand how people unwind after job and create a plan that will assist employees to recover from work.
