My research project
Multi-omics analysis of the human gut microbiome in relation to human disease and quantitative traits. The investigation of the genetic, microbiome, and lifestyle information of the growing population is currently in higher demand. However, the relation between comorbidity conditions and health insights is still unclear and there is currently no strategy that may define the term “effective prevention”. Analysis and interpretation of large multi-omics data sets is the new rapid way to investigate the relationship between multiple health traits. Validation of the current multi-omics data sets containing microbiome, genetics, nutrition, and lifestyle information required for further extrapolation of the finding on the larger cohorts, data validation, and implementing updated recommendations into primary healthcare practice.
