My research project
Dynamics of T-cell Gene Regulatory Networks across a Circadian DayMy project focusses on modelling the circadian rhythm of T cells by constructing gene regulatory networks using single-cell data. leveraging transcriptomic and network inference approaches to uncover circadian regulatory mechanisms in immune function.
My PhD is a collaboration between academia and industry, supported and funded by GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals.
