About
Biography
I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London. Following this I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Mental Health Studies at King’s College London and went on to qualify as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP) delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) interventions in several NHS services.
I completed my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey. Since then, I have worked with adults in secondary care services who experience complex and enduring mental health difficulties.
I continue to work therapeutically with adults in NHS services. I have particular interests in the therapeutic relationship and working with adults with experiences of trauma. I offer clinical supervision to Trainee Clinical Psychologists both in my current role and in my NHS practice.
