Business behaviour and epidemic crisis: An analysis of hotel and governmental strategic crisis response during the recovery phase of Covid-19 and its implicationsMy research focuses on crisis management in hospitality and the strategic responses of business leaders and governments during epidemic crisis. The Covid-19 pandemic proposed a unique set of challenges never before seen on such a worldwide scale, and as such it was therefore crucial for the industry to investigate the differing recovery rates in different regions alongside the policies and decisions made by governments and businesses. From this research it is hoped that recommendations for future best practice during and after epidemic crises can be formulated for the industry.
