Biography
Adam Wallis is a performer, practitioner and educator of voice and voice studies across academic and professional industries. As a Senior Lecturer of Voice at the Guildford School of Acting, University of Surrey his role is to support the delivery of voice education, ensuring students have a high quality experience, assisting them towards their careers in the creative and performing arts sector.
Adam’s Professional Teaching and Performance credits include The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Arts Ed, Rose Bruford, The BRIT School, Spotlight, St Mary’s University, Westminster University, IAM Pro, BBC, ITV, Sky One, Abbey Road Studios, Radio1 Live Lounge and has supported numerous high-profile artists.
Adam is a graduate of The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama (MFA Voice Studies), The Academy of Contemporary Music (BA Hons Contemporary Popular Music: Singing) and a certified practitioner of Fitzmaurice Voicework. Adam is currently working towards a Level 3 diploma in Personal Training.
Adam is the co-founder of OnVoice Academy, an international online voice education platform that provides tuition, support, and resources to amateur and professionals from around the world.

Adam’s current area of research interest focuses on use of the human body, its function, health, and environmental impact, including diet, physical activity, hormonal changes, and external interaction. Working towards how to optimise the body for high performance output.
Adam is also researching topics related to the future of education, looking into the benefits, challenges, and impact of teaching and learning in a digital environment and the age of information.
