Our speakers, Marianna Fakhurdinova from the New Europe Centre, Dr Ostap Kushnir from the University of Portsmouth, and Margaryta Khvostova, Dr Alex Leveringhaus, along with Dr Michael Martin Richter from the University of Surrey, discussed the challenges and opportunities ahead, including the Western military and economic support, advancement in the anti-corruption measures, democratic qualities of the Ukrainian political culture, and the scenarios for the future post-conflict development of Ukraine after the war.

We would like to thank our panellists for their contribution, audience for an insightful set of questions, and Giada D’Andrea for the moderation of the event.
