Joanna’s commentary

I truly enjoyed this experience for its simple joy of playing together and its spontaneity despite restraining circumstances. The video records beautifully our sincere amazement while we discover how our playing in a bigger group sounds through the phonograph. This seems to be quite an authentic experience in historical terms since it was practically as new for us as it might have been for period performers.
