Journal special issue

A special issue of the Journal of Print and Media Technology Research was published in June 2016. This was edited by David Frohlich and John Mills on the topic of new media innovation.

David Frohlich and John Mills edited a special issue of the Journal of Print and Media Technology Research, following the IARIGAI 2015 conference. Six papers from the conference were selected for inclusion on the topic of 'Audience, design, technology and business factors in new media innovation'. These included one paper by Digital World's Jane Vincent who reported on a cross-cultural comparison of student's use of paper and screen. The special issue opened with an editorial by David and John on the importance of taking a multidisciplinary view of innovation in the publishing industry.
