CEA & ILC UK Long Lives Index Workshop
Esther McNamara, Senior Policy Lead at the International Longevity Centre, the CEA’s key national partner, met with CEA Fellows on Friday 25th October to present and discuss the ILC’s development of a UK Long Lives Index.
The Index examines how a range of inequalities across the life course can impact healthy ageing.
CEA Fellows attending this event had a great opportunity to provide feedback directly on the validity and usefulness of the Index, making suggestions as to how it could be drawn upon in their research and policy engagement activities.
