Intergenerational Exchanges in LGBTQ+ Communities Toolkit Privacy Notice
By registering to access the Intergenerational LGBTQ+ Toolkit, and with your permission, we will be collecting the following personal data:
- Your email address
- Your main role related to your interest in the Intergenerational Exchanges in LGBTQ+ Communities Toolkit
- Your country of residence.
We have collected your personal data in order to:
- Contact you to find out if/how you have used the Intergenerational Exchanges in LGBTQ+ Communities Toolkit and receive any other feedback you wish to give us on our research and the resources. We will also be able to share improvements to the resources in the future.
- Monitor the roles of the individuals who are using the Intergenerational Exchanges in LGBTQ+ Communities Toolkit and how useful it is for them.
- Monitor where the Intergenerational Exchanges in LGBTQ+ Communities Toolkit are being used.
We take our obligations for data handling very seriously and it is therefore important for you to know the lawful basis for us processing your information.

Your responses will be analysed by members of the research team. Your personal data is then kept in a database and used to achieve the purposes stated above.
All the data we gather from the survey will be kept for 10 years after the survey closes, however we will remove any identifying information one year after the survey closes.
