Institute for Communication systems: We are looking for 11 fully funded PhD candidates to carry out advanced research on 6G technologies.

We are offering the UKRI standard stipend (currently £18,622 per year) with an additional bursary of £1,700 per year for full 3.5 years for exceptional candidates. In addition, a research, training and support grant of £3,000 over the project is also offered. Full home or overseas tuition fees (as applicable) will be covered.
About
The scholarships will cover many areas that are considered as important for 6th Generation of mobile systems covering terrestrial mobile system, satellite communications, UAV/HAPS and technologies for these systems as sensing, localisation, radio imaging, massive MIMO, advanced signal processing, RIS, Advanced antenna technologies, Integration between Sensing and communications, Chanel measurements and modelling, EM modelling, AI for network automation, AI for wireless, Security, channel and source coding and more related to 6G topics.

These studentships are open to both UK and international candidates.
