The Forever Surrey Fund provides crucial support across the University. The Fund supports students in unexpected hardship, students undertaking scholarships and helps our clubs and societies to grow. This has had a huge impact on the lives of countless students at Surrey.

Alumni support, through The Forever Surrey Fund, has had a transformative impact on Surrey students by providing:
- Hardship Grants
Life-changing hardship grants provide vital support to students facing unexpected challenges, such as family loss, long-term health conditions, or financial crises. These awards ensure talented students can stay at Surrey and focus on their studies without the risk of leaving university due to financial hardship.
- Scholarships and Placement Bursaries
Scholarships and placement bursaries empower our students from disadvantaged and underrepresented backgrounds to access life-changing opportunities. The Forever Surrey Fund supports two life-changing scholarships, helping talented students access a Surrey education, regardless of their financial situation or background. - Clubs and Societies
Alumni donors are able to support transformational projects led by student clubs and societies. Helping them to grow their membership numbers through capacity and accessibility and strengthen their performance at competitions throughout the academic year.

£60 helps support a student facing severe hardship due to an unexpected financial crisis such as the loss of parental financial support
£150 enables our University of Surrey sports teams to buy vital equipment to allow the teams to grow. This provides more opportunities for students, develops talent and allows students to compete at the highest levels.
£4,000 gives essential funding for a student, from a low-income background, in their business placement year – a key part of the Surrey experience, significantly increasing their future employability.
